They only clean the room every other day. Not everything is restocked, like coffee and toiletries.

Dear Kameron I am sorry you were not pleased with your stay. It is however clearly posted at the front desk housekeeping is every other day and if you want it daily all you have to do is request it with the front desk. I hope you will stay with us again so we can prove we can exceed your expectations.

Very outdated Hampton smallest room ever for a Hampton. No snack room with ice cream , candy or alcoholic beverages, or non alcoholic beverages available. Guest laundry soap and softener dispenser out of order. Felt like a n old remodel of a motel 6

Dear Amanda,I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Yes we are a older property and due the design of the hotel we are not required nor do we have space to put in a Sweet Shop but we do have vending machines on property. The soap dispenser has since been repaired.

I love Hampton hotels and this is by far the worst one I have ever stayed in. Don’t get me wrong, the staff was very kind and helpful. However the rooms were the smallest Hampton rooms I have ever seen and very run down. I was not impressed.

Dear Anonymous I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. This property is around 18 years old and at the time it was built the room size was standard for the time period. We will be going through a renovation in the near future and I hope you will come back to see the improvements.
