They were short on staff. Was able to barely check in but when I went back to the front desk to ask for toiletries, no one was there and I waited over 5 minutes to see if someone would come out. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and had stains on parts of the comforter.

The worst experience ever! I had to contact you all about it. No AC in 90+ temperature. No accommodations by the staff. Told to leave the window open. Staff didn't care about my safety concerns.

Don’t stay here in summer

I wouldn’t stay here in summer; AC barely worked. It gets hot in Grand Junction over the summer. They gave us a fan but it just blew hot air around. Staff was nice and the room was clean. I realize it is a budget motel but most budget motels have AC that works

$40 room not $150

It would have been a good $40 per night room, but NOT worth $150. Remodeling was a new shower. Floors are falling apart. I couldn't tell if the sink was dirty or just old stains.

There was a heavy rainfall the room was flooded with rain. We asked the staff if they could come clean it up. They brought us towels and told us that it was not their job to clean that room so we ended up doing it ourselves. The pool was full of LG and they were cleaning it out at the time so the pool was unavailable for the three days we were there Were pretty dirty chairs and trash all around.
