turn off the FOX 13 while eating, WEATHER channel
First of all, the rates changed so we could have chosen a more expensive place as the rate was not what we saw for W & TH. We were there for 4 nights so Fri and Sat rates were at least $40 more. We made our reservation weeks in advance and that should lock in the rate/room. Then, the door to the patio was so hard to open, we don't know why you offer this "patio" when door was seriously in disrepair. Anyway, staff was great, room and bed was comfy, clean, the tub area needs repair on ceiling.

This is a great place to stay with a dog, because you can open the sliding glass door from your room to take your pet out rather than walking through the hallways. However, the room I got this time had a very sticky, sliding glass door, so it was a bit of a struggle. The pet rooms do not have carpeting in them, which is quite clever, so I didn’t have to worry about doing any carpet cleanup if my dog had an accident. I was hoping to do some quick laundry during my stay, but there was only one washer and one dryer, and those were being used, so I ended up not being able to launder my things.

The drain plug in my shower wouldn’t stay open so I had to hold it open. The water barely drizzled out of the shower head. The water was room temperature at the hottest setting. Place was not well kept. Internet was so poor that you couldn’t stream anything so you were stuck watching their cable tv with very little options, shark tank or the weather channel. I would pay the extra 10 and get a nicer place across the road next time.
