L'extérieur de l'hôtel était très sale. Les mégots de cigarettes, des bouteilles en verre vide et les poubelles pleins - visiblement pas ramassées. L'intérieur était propre mais nous sommes restés 2 nuits et la deuxième jour notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyé. De plus il a y avait une panne d'eau chaude - donc pas de douche le deuxième matin. L'accueil nous avait promis une réduction de -10% . mais j'attends toujours et j'arrive seulement à parler à un robot qui ne peut pas m'aider.

Personally, it is excellent, quiet and safe, and there are shops and restaurants around.

Not a great experience.

Tried to put us on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Wife is handicapped and could not climb steps. Wanted double beds, but motel had none left on 1st floor. Toilet seat interfered with bathroom door closure.

We sincerely appreciate your comments and we're very sorry you were unhappy with your experience. You indicated that you were unsatisfied with the upkeep of the property. However, I apologize for the hinderance faced due to the ice machine. In regards to breakfast, it is not an offered amenity at our location. However, we do have an on site restaurant El Mescal that is open from 10am-10pm Sunday-Thursday, 10am-11pm Friday-Saturday and we are also located within close proximity to restaurants you are able to enjoy. First room they gave me had guests in the room. "System screwed up". Next room did not have a fridge or microwave as advertised. Moved to another room, with same results. Moved to another room upstairs. Mattress was way past it's useful life. Disappointed to say the least.
