Publié le 10 juin 2024 sur HotelsL'extérieur de l'hôtel était très sale. Les mégots de cigarettes, des bouteilles en verre vide et les poubelles pleins - visiblement pas ramassées. L'intérieur était propre mais nous sommes restés 2 nuits et la deuxième jour notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyé. De plus il a y avait une panne d'eau chaude - donc pas de douche le deuxième matin. L'accueil nous avait promis une réduction de -10% . mais j'attends toujours et j'arrive seulement à parler à un robot qui ne peut pas m'aider.

The room is the only reason for the rating. Property was not in a great area, cigarette butts on the stairs, someone had plants in the window almost as if they moved in. Ice bucket in the room and had to walk the property only to find out from the front desk they have no ice machine. TV remote didn’t work so went to the front desk and they handed me another one. What if that one didn’t work, am I fixing the TV too. It’s not a destination hotel, just a place to rest your head while traveling.

Pros- the room itself seemed clean and the front desk woman i delt with at check in and check out was nice.
Cons- the outside trashes all around the property were overflowing and looked like they hadnt been taken out for weeks, normally id deal BUT the trash was right outside our room with ac running that was pulling the terrible trash smell into the room. We had called an hour before check in to see if we could check in 30 minutes early and the man who answers the phone denied the request which would've have been a huge deal if he wouldnt have been the rudest hotel person weve ever delt with. The room doesnt have a mini fridge or microwave. The door didnt lock...

Dishonest Management
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsBooked two rooms. One was ok. One ended up having a non-functional AC unit and a bunch of dirt and debris was blown in under the door from a leaf blower. No other rooms available.
Front desk indicated to contact hotels.com and they would refund the room. Hotels.com now states management there is not authorizing the refund.
Hotel is incompetently staffed and dishonest. Not worth staying here.

Room is fine but the toilet squeaks all the time. I called for maintenance to repair it but nobody has come yet to do so. Outside trash cans and parking lot is always dirty
