Wonderful cabin
Publié le 12 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayUsed as our base camp for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. Very comfortable cabin with great views of the lake and mountains. Sheets on bed in master bedroom had stains on them but not a deal breaker. Also a lot of crumbs on kitchen floor but again not a deal breaker. Most likely just a rush job on the cleaning side. Had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Another Great Cabin in Columbine Lake!

Our photographer actually used this view as a venue for our 5 year anniversary. Wood stove is very efficient and centrally located. Multiple wildlife encounters right around the house. Very clean and owner is exceedingly responsive. Thanks again!

Beautiful view

Beautiful cabin with lake view

Wonderful weekend away
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HomeAwayI was looking for a cabin with a lake view that my handicap parents could enjoy with us. While it is not specifically listed for handicapped, it worked out nicely for their limited mobility. We all enjoyed the views and the lovely patio area and spent quite a bit of time out there.
At first we were disappointed not to be able to use the lake next to the cabin, but took our paddle boards to Shadow Mountain and had fun exploring there. Not a big deal though, it ended up being a fun alternative. I did appreciate the advanced notice about not being able to use Columbine Lake.
We enjoyed our time at the lake! Loved the cabin, would stay there again! Thank you!
