It was as advertised - the self-check-in instructions were clear and accurate. I never saw any hotel staff and did not need to as the room was good.

Very noisy next to the bar that blared music all night. I understand you have no control over that but We shouldn’t have had to pay the price we did.

Staff member Damari helped us make this a great visit. She helped us with check-in and was very pleasant and did everything right when it comes to customer service. 5 Star!
