Eh. Understaffed and the staff they do have may be undertrained. Not many amenities offered in a hotel with rooms up to $1000+. Beautiful old hotel that is probably too costly to staff appropriately. Too bad. I was hoping it would be more.

Would definitely recommend!

Only complaint— no vent in the bathroom for airflow and room took a LONG time to get cool… will definitely visit again though- close to most everything downtown too!
