We had a good stay, the room was ok but the staff was great! Walkable to main downtown Grand Rapids

No refrigerator , had to ask for towels - would ask when we left for our event between 7:15am-7:45am would get back around 6pm, would have to ask again.
bathroom was ok, bed linen had stain.
