Nice place overall, but when we hadn't had any housekeeping after our being there two days we asked the desk and were told they had a policy of only doing housekeeping every other day. The next day we were told they did housekeeping every thiird day, and our fourth day we were told that they only did housekeeping on request. No one told us this initially, and there was an only a small sticker on the bathroom mirror to tell us this. When we did ask for housekeeping it was very limited. Good hotel otherwise.

The check-in was effortless and the staff were friendly and polite. The beds were so welcoming after a week of camping with bedrolls and sleeping bags.

I should’ve left the moment I walked into our room. The carpet was very damp feeling. I noticed that the room was never properly cleaned. The front desk manager came up and apologized for having the maintenance man clean since they were short a maid that day!!! I let it go and let him try to clean the room with the wrong spray that left streaks. The next day while watching a movie in the dark we had TWO BED BUGS crawl across us! Upon inspecting behind the headboard no wonder-IT WAS FILTHY! We packed up and left and went next door to the Hilton. I don’t know how this place isn’t closed. Don’t stay here. I’m grateful they gave me my money back but they have a lot of work to be one a professional hotel again.

Hello, since you posted this anonymously, I have no way of knowing who you are or which room you stayed in. We have had no issues with pest infestations, and we take these issues very seriously. If you would like to address your concerns correctly, please contact the hotel with your name and room number so these issues can be verified. We have not had any other complaints or issues with this so I would like to discuss if possible. Thanks and have a great day.

Staff was great. Noce to have a simple and included breakfast. Room was very clean!

I have stayed here many times, and hope to stay many more. The entire staff is excellent. Whether it's housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast or front desk, everyone is courteous and professional. Great place to stay.

need some more hot foods at breakfast (like pancakes or waffles). Need to get the hot tub jets repaired.
