We stayed there back in June for 3 nights and reserved two rooms. We were all happy with our rooms other than issues with the keys not working. The hotel workers were very friendly.

Disappointing all around

Room wasn't ready at time of check-in, staff wasn't overly friendly, every floor spelled like weed, the elevator is a death trap that makes very scary loud banging noises and jerks, and staff came into our room and hour before checkout to clean without knocking. Spend the extra $30 and stay 20 yards away at the Towne place.

At the front desk they told us they are over booked and told us we had to go to another location. They set up the hotel but they didn’t call or anything. We booked it long ago and that said because we used Expedia that we couldn’t stay there. Very short with us and didn’t want to listen to anything we had to say. The place they sent us was terrible. Run down and staff was worse. Clarion by the Grand Rapids airport. Same happened for my brother which actually booked it through the hotel. He had a worse experience due to not having the amount of beds for his family. Terrible

Staff was very friendly and polite. We stayed for two nights, there was no room cleaning service done on the second day of our stay. Breakfast area was nicely kept.
