The beds were too firm.. should be options for bed choices. And better soap options not just bars so people can wash there hands. Overall the stay was good.

No curtains on windows only sheers. Hotel staff very rude. Vending machine out of order, no water on property

Was OK until
Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWas great until I asked the person at the front desk if there was a snack machine, they directed me to the out of order machines. I then ask if there was any place around I could get a water and some snacks and they just pointed to a paper that had all the restaurants around. I said I wanted a snack and they mumble something about how busy they were. So needless to say, I got zero help from what ever it was that was representing your hotel that night.

I thought if I paid more I would get better facilities. The hotel was old, poor location. The breakfast was terrible.

Perfectly suitable for what we needed.... easy access to airport, family, and nearby facilities.
