Très confortable et bon rapport qualité prix

Chambre confortable, partie séjour spacieuse. Manque d'espace autour du lit d'un côté. La suite mobilité réduite convient plus pour une personne que pour 2 personnes valides. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Piscine et jacuzzi très agréables. Abords de la piscine mériterait un bon nettoyage. Petit dej typique des best western. Alentours de l'hôtel sans intérêts. Restos sympas à 6kms.

Overall, it was a very good stay. The room was clean and the lighting in the room was great. Everyone that I came in Contact was pleasant and helpful. The only complaint I have is the $50 charge that was placed on my credit card upon checking in, I thought I paid for everything with Hotels.com and disappointed to, learn that they would put a $50 charge on my card for no reason other than I could charge some thing to my room or break something. Normally hotels will run your account with an authorization code and I would’ve been OK with that but just charge $50 for no reason other than checking in is something I did not expect. This is something hotels.com should inform to set the correct expectations.

TV didn’t work and never got fixed. Front desk would not give us any more pillows and no late check out. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast lady was the only positive thing about this hotel. She was actually helpful and smiled, the only employee that did this. For the price I would find a better hotel.
