Everything was great. Food, room, and service. One thing I am not a fan of - as a woman who travels alone, when hotels have their fitness room tucked in the back down a long hallway. It was beautiful room with great clean equipment. Lots of treadmills.

There were so many kids in the hot tub this time it was unenjoyable. We were talking to others people, and found out the water slid has been broken for over 2yrs. The website is very misleading, showing a nice water slid and it’s not even working. There were several people that said they came and stayed there just for the slid. There should be a time for adults to enjoy it w/o kids!! There were also barely any pool towels even in the pool area. I’m gonna say there were like 10 when we got in there, and pool was empty and when we left no towels and about 50-70 ppl were in the pool or area. And when u ask front desk, they act like u can’t get more towels. We won’t stay there again!! Wasn’t a very pleasant weekend!!!

Easy to get to, parking is free and simple, and checkin was fast and easy. There was a 50 dollar incidental fee added to checkin costs that i dont recall being disclosed on the website though!

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. However, the hot tub was closed, and having a hot tub was important to me. There was no shampoo or conditioner in my room, and when i asked for some, i was told i would have to wait for housekeeping. But i had a meeting at 9am and needed it now. So the desk person scrounged around and found me conditioner, but not shampoo. Then a charge from the hotel was placed on my card at 2 in the morning. The front desk could not explain, and told me to call the manager. I tried several times, but the manager was not in. When i asked when to expect the manaferi was told that my guess was better than theirs.

Overall, stay was OK for what we needed. Room seemed to be fairly clean, however heating/cooling system in the room ran day and night, was loud, and blew right on my husband all night long. There was no way to shut it off and it was HOT when we first entered room for our weekend stay. Pool slide and hot tub were shut down and although I didn't care about the slide...or even know of it, the hot tub has been shut down and inoperable for at least a month now, based on other reviews I read. If the hotel is advertising a hot tub then fix the damn thing and DON'T advertise you have one when you knowingly don't! The lobby and bar/lounge area was probably the nicest feature of the hotel, although the older black gentleman working the desk, with the camo colored jacket, was always way too serious and pretty unfriendly all around. Stairs in the hotel often smelled like marijuana and I saw an employee slipping in the staircase area to smoke and do his thing. He acted suspicious, but later I saw him behind the front desk. Very unprofessional.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The bartender Sarah was excellent. Very helpful with area recommendations and timing for our Uber. Highly recommend. The atmosphere in the restaurant- lobby area was very inviting. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable.
