Great unit for 2 Couples

Not only was the unit clean and comfortable, but the location was very much downtown and central to everything we needed. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We found the unit to be quiet, despite being close to 131. Dealing with the property manager was easy. We definately would stay here again the next time we plan a weekend in Grand Rapids. One note, you can decide if it is a positive or negative, the cleanning lady was in the unit before we dropped off the keys/parking pass and called to check out.

clean, comfy, great location, easy to use

great communication from host. has a noise machine for the traffic/outdoor noise; main bedroom is not dark at night, bring an eye shade. great location with the arena, the bob, downtown, restaurants, etc. internet was a little sporadic. well stocked- coffee provided but i did not recognize it in the prefilled filter packs. we did not know that the door does not lock automatically and you must turn the lock or reenter your key to lock it when you leave. surprise ;-) overall great and hope to stay again.

Great spot for a GR stay, located near lots of nightlife and amenities downtown. Very clean apartment, quiet building.

Long Weekend Trip With Friends

Perfect location to walk around the area enjoying great restaurants and local spots. Founders brewery one of the best I’ve visited.

Stayed 10 Days for US Chess Open

Beyond expectations except for noisy weekend bar activities. Two of us slept through the noise the other two had difficulty the first Saturday. Recommend good ear plugs for the light sleeper.

We had a great stay. Location was perfect for our visit. Checkin and checkout process could have been smoother. Beds in our unit need to be updated-not very comfortable. We would rent again!

Long weekend away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was as described and the location was terrific. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance and a host of entertainment options. The draw back is a lack of a table and our unit only had a couch and one side chair, which was a negative with four people. Also, try to request a second parking pass in advance as the parking was expensive otherwise. Positive, the gym was great and the unit included cleaning, washing and dishwasher supplies, as well as coffee. I would stay here again.
