I liked the cozy feel of this hotel and its location. It was very close to the sports complex we were playing volleyball at (which is why we were there) and close to the shopping and food choices while also being tucked away from the busy areas.

We enjoyed the close parking, ease of check-in and spacious room. The in-room Keurig, microwave, and fridge made out stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was better quality than expected and the kids loved the pancake printer! I appreciated that most items were individually wrapped. The location is slightly off the beaten path which gives a sense of privacy while still being plenty close to everything you could need. We had a great stay and would highly consider staying here again if we're ever in the area.

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was big and our kids really enjoyed it. The hot tub was actually hot and the jets worked. We really liked having a room with a balcony that overlooked the pool atrium.

Facility was clean. Breakfast was nothing spectacular unless you like powdered eggs, but it was warm. Only issue was a shower handle rigged to turn only 90 degrees, which led to 60 degree shower water at best (unsure if this is plumbing misadventure or excessive regulation of hot water). Suffering that for 2 days and getting no apology at checkout reminds why I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn in many years.

My family and I stayed 1 night. The pool seemed larger than the average hotel pool which we liked. We picked up pizza from Lombardo’s on Baldwin Street which was good. Getting to the hotel property was a challenge as there were road closure signs up yet cars were driving around them (the road was recently paved, not sure why the closure signs were still up). It wasn’t the hotel’s fault but we had to reroute a little bit to get to/from the hotel. We had loud neighbors at 3am slamming doors and arguing but they eventually quieted down. The beds were comfy. The breakfast had a good variety (try the cinnamon rolls!). I would still recommend this hotel and would stay if in the area again.
