Disappointed no microwave in our room, I have a chronic pain condition, and I couldn't use my heating bags for pain control.

Even though they have remodeled and it looks good from a distance, once you get a closer look the hotel isn’t anything spectacular.

They were under renovations during the time of our stay but we very much enjoyed our stay there an will be planning our trip next year yo visit the same hotel, absolutely loved what it had to pffer and how close it was for us to get to our concert venue.

It’s undergoing a lot of renovation which we did not know about. Their house keeping was spotty. We had to ask to have our rooms cleaned. Their breakfast times were not as advertised. I probably won’t stay here again.

Quite a lot of the main areas were being refurbished so it was a minor inconvenience - I wish the hotel description and price had reflected this beforehand.

Please be advised there is a massive remodel here , when I arrived I was treated awful . I won’t go back ….ever
