We were very happy with our stay, the breakfast was amazing, rooms are super quiet and very large - there was three of us and we had plenty of room to spread out and play games and eat in our room. The lobby and the firepit are an added bonus!
Overall good stay. Missing a pillow and there were some messes that could have been removed from the walls in our room, nothing that disturbed our stay.
Firdt of all, I will say that the place felt luxurious. I enjoyed that I could make dinner in my room. Now, the minor criticism:
- The shampoo dispenser in the shower was either nearly empty, or the hand pump did not work very well; not a deal breaker
- When I rolled down the black-out window shade, it came off the track; I fixed it
- There were some splotchy little carpet stains near the roll-out desk/table; not a big deal, as otherwise, the room was very clean
- In the pool area, the plastic knob that controls the whirlpool jets was broken in two; not a big deal, because I figured out how to make the whirlpool jets work for my use; you can buy a generic plastic knob for less than ten dollars at a hardware store
Other than those very minor things, I thought the place was great. I would and probably will stay again. Thank you.
The room was clean, the staff was very nice. I would staybhere again.

This is a hotel I stay at frequently. I spend more because I love to sit out by the fire pit. I was extremly disappointed that no one could get the fire working during this visit. Had I known that would be the case I would have stayed at a cheaper hotel. The workers were amazing, but still, I did not get what I paid for
TV didn’t work while I was there. It would have been appreciated if an adjustment on my bill would have been offered but nothing was offered as compensation. Not good practice.
