Found a dirty comb with nasty hair in it up in closet where extra pillow and blanket were. It was touching the pillow I wasn’t able to use it. Might want to change pillow case on that. Dishwasher still had dishes in it. There is a plate in cupboard that still has something on it. Dirty. Room was fine other than that.

Fabulous employees. Shame about the ADA toilets!
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HotelsMy friend had just recently had replacement knee surgery, so she & my other friend asked about ADA toilets. The gentleman at the desk did what he could to accommodate us and found up an upgraded room for the trip - at no extra cost. The room was fab. Unfortunately, the toilets still weren't ADA, but at least the shower was good for her. (We did find ADA toilets in the swimming pool restroom. Honestly, hotels have to do better about this. Yes, kids need shorter toilets, but older adults need the higher ones. Maybe provide stepstools for the kiddos, since increasing toilet height is a lot harder!)

Dishes and glasses were disgustingly dirty in the cupboards, wooden floors squeaked horribly, toilet did not flush, sink drained very poorly, ice maker did not stop after being shut off, made a terrible noise all night and couldn’t sleep. They couldn’t produce a second key card for our room. The mgr Dave could not produce a receipt for small purchases at the counter and continued to ignore my request for one stating, “you’re all good” repeatedly. He was obviously sick and coughing, sweating profusely. We bought a bag of pop corn from the front desk and it legitimately tasted a year old it was that stale and soft. The mattress on the bed was so soft it felt like we were sleeping on a bean bag. I canceled my second night and asked for a refund. I will never return and feel they should have even discounted my one night stay.
