When I went to check in they did not have a room for me.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they give me a handicap room with one bed for a family of 5

We are in this area frequently. We have tried other hotels closer to our final destination, but after three stays here, this is the clear winner for us. Clean, comfortable rooms with good layouts, nice workout area, friendly staff.
