beautiful room
Publié le 27 août 2024 sur Hotelscheck in was 4:00. our room was not ready until 4:20, which made us late for getting dinner and to a concert on time. otherwise our stay was very nice

I think it’s crazy that I paid over 300$ for a room and I got single ply toilet paper.

The hotel is nice beautiful and the rooms are nice. A bit over priced for the size of the rooms and for me the bed was not comfortable as it was to hard.

The nightly rate was over $500 per night. To stay in downtown grand rapids??? I had no other great choices, but it was certainly not worth the rate!

Great location - a bit overpriced for what it is.

I've stayed at many similarly priced hotels before and this one was just middle of road based on the price point. The top selling point of this hotel is easily the location.
