Spacious & comfortable
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HomeAway7 of us, all adults, enjoyed our stay here. Two full bathrooms and plenty of beds. Nice full kitchen area with coffeemaker. Sectional sofa. 2 covered parking spaces. Convenient location to the wedding we were attending.

Family getaway 2024
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery nice property. All good except that the pool was closed for the 2 days that we were there, and we were disappointed that there was not more soap/shampoo available in bathrooms (might put dispensers in the room?)
Otherwise, a good experience!

Perfect for HS volleyball team!

We could all sleep comfortably, prepare and eat in the kitchen/dining and watch movies together. It was relatively warm in July, but each room was provided with a fan to help the AC in such a big space.

Great place

Weekend Away
Publié le 2 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was not a high quality location. The furnishings were low quality, the mattresses had worn “spots” or indentations. Checking in was super difficult as we were not given the code to the outdoor apartment complex garage and that made it very hard to enter. Our arrival time was 11:30 pm so you certainly did not feel like dealing with that upon arrival. Overall this was comparable to a quality inn or days inn motel. Disappointed

An excellent weekend vacation
Publié le 24 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family and myself came to the area for a musical in grand rapids and i think we all enjoyed the stay at least as much as the musical itself. This property comfortably slept my party of 14 without issues. My daughters still talk about how they "Got to stay in a castle". Full marks from me. I have already recommended this property to some friends and would recommend it to anyone else thinking about staying.

Christmas Getaway!
Publié le 8 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayFor Christmas we chipped in and got my parents a weekend away for eleven! The two of them with their descendants. We live in the area, and have always wanted to visit/tour the Castle. This was the perfect opportunity.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One thing that would have been helpful would have been to know which floors different things are on. The exercise and weight rooms are on the third floor. So is the game area. The library is on the 8th floor. But we went for a long walk until we stumbled across them!

It was fun to say we stayed in a penthouse or castle but wasn't spectacular
Publié le 3 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayWhen we first arrived, the directions had different pictures than what we actually had to do (different pictures of doors or lock systems), but we did find the penthouse. The laundry room was in disarray (clothes thrown about, dryer door wide open) which wasn't the best first impression. The beds are super comfortable and it was fun to say we were going to a 'penthouse' or 'castle' but we will not be returning. We also felt the 'fully stocked' kitchen wasn't as stocked as we wanted. I can't remember what was missing. A few things.
Nice to do this once.
