Very poor service

Our stay was for 5 nights. Not once was our room cleaned or towels brought to us. Asked the front desk day 2 and nothing. My daughter had to find the cleaning lady to obtain them. Day 3 was told “service is scheduled for today”. Out all day and upon return, nothing was done. Daughter again had to find cleaning lady for toilet paper. Trash was piled up in our room for days. Day 4 went to the pool to swim and get a towel or 2 and there was the smell of marijuana and open liquor bottles by the pool. Thankfully my kids did not get to them. Sad because place was at a quiet, beautiful location. Nice room. Very poor service!

Sticky floors for some reason, no clean smell in hallways and rooms. It smelled like humid dirt. The carpets look dirty. Water comes out the shower. Breakfast was excellent and the personnel was very kind. Good location for dinning options and quiet surroundings.
