Great stay at the Pomeroy as usual.
The Night Shift desk clerk was very rude, just like last time. But the rest of the team and the overall installations made up for it. Great food, nice room, very comfortable bed. Good soundproofing with other rooms. Shower and bath are great!

Outstanding hotel. Great breakfast, helpful staff. Big tub perfect for a relaxing soak. Shower has great water pressure. Pool, spa and sauna are also great perks. We were on the pet level and even though there were other pets, we almost never heard a peep. When another pet owner left their pet alone in their room and it was barking a lot, the clerk at reception called them immediately and resolved the matter in minutes. Nothing but good things to say. Will definitely come back

Not very clean

The front desk staff were very friendly, happy, and efficient.
The included breakfast was fantastic. As a person with gluten sensitivity I found the staff extremely knowledgeable in this area, and the available food selection well above average.
We have a new go to hotel while staying in GP. We'll be back.
