La propreté de l'établissement est bien. Je n'avais pas de serviettes dans ma chambre à mon arrivée mais j'en ai fait la demande et on m'a répondu rapidement. Le petit déjeuné est très simple... mais c'est ok!

I would like to thank you for your valuable review.I am sorry to hear that you felt the room was noisy, as it was an outside access room it can get a bit noisy at night because of the road traffic.I would recommend you to take one of our non outside access rooms for your next visit and i guarantee you that you would have a peaceful sleep

Arnaque/fausse annonce ; Suite avec jacuzzi!
Publié le 25 août 2018 sur HotelsC'est la 2e fois consécutive (intervalle de 2 semaines) que la chambre "booked" en ligne avec Jacuzzi ne soit pas disponible en arrivant au "check in " ...comme remplacement, ils m'offrent une autre chambre "suite" avec "cuisinette" et 2 grand lits + extra chambre de 2 lits simples.......WOW comme si je dois me sentir tellement privilégié ..mais être seul lors d'un voyage d'affaire en ville pour 3 petites nuits. Vraiment déçu pour cette fausse annonce. Il n'y aura pas une 3e fois de booker et payer pour une chambre qui n'existe pas à cet endroit. En conclusion, est-ce que c'est une fausse publicité de la part d'Expedia ou de l'hôtel? Ce qui concerne du service et l'endroit...rien à rapporter de négatif.

We stayed here last year with no issues, so I booked once again. This time however, we were met with an unsanitary room. I do an extensive bed bug check (that I perform at every single hotel I stay at). There were none of those thankfully, but there was a FLEA hopping on the bed. A FLEA. On top of the sheet near the pillow. I noped out of there and asked for another room. We were given a room three doors down and it smelled so musty and mouldy we had to leave, I can only imagine what a third room would have looked like. The front desk employee was kind and helpful, but I have not heard back from Expedia about a refund. I will avoid this hotel at all costs from now on.
