Felt unsafe as door deadbolt did not work, only had thumbkey lock in doorknob. Could see daylight around door. Non smoking room, however, people smoked outside rooms, and the window A/C sucked smoke into rooms.

Disappointed in Grangeville Motel
Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI brought a friend who also booked a room..his room was not available to him because the hotel allowed the previous guest to stay an additional night, thus leaving my friend without a room...I consented to letting my friend stay with me so he could have a place to stay.
I feel the hotel should have offered at least a room rate reduction or some other compensation for their mistake and our discomfort

The desk guy was very nice and accommodating. This is an older building but the beds were comfortable and it was close to all events for Border Days so you can walk to everything.
