a) room 308
the toilet is low and the worst part is the water in the toilet is so full that your body touch the water dirt
b) breakfeast
nothing to eat just cold cafe and bread butter and waffle
NO EGGS NO SAUSAGE NO YOGURT NO MERMELADE NOTHING

Awful breakfast that would shame a budget motel.
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI often stay in budget/mid range hotels but typically score 4/5 on Trip Advisor so hotels often 'exceed my expectations'.
The spa advertised was not working at the time of booking but not notified.
The breakfast was abysmal. No muffins, no bagels, not even any sliced bread despite lots of butter out. Worse still was that they had run out of milk ank creamer for the coffee. I raised this at the front desk and the lame excuse offered was they had more guests than expected (it was less than half full). We were early to breakfast. It seems this happens often and is unjustifiable given that a Walmart is within walking distance to at buy some bread! The only reason why a 2 was given is that the room was OK. I was informed that the hotel could not deal with a complaint as I had booked via hotels.com.

Dear Steve, On behalf of the entire hotel I would like to apologize for being less than excellent on your recent stay and for any misunderstandings concerning our breakfast options. We had the butter for the waffles and we had plenty of milk on the day of your stay. Our hot tub just went down late Friday. We hope to have it going soon. Just waiting on a part to come in. I again apologized for any misunderstandings. We hope you will consider staying with us in the future.
