Kitchen well stocked. Loved the view of the river and the patio and deck. New hot tub worked great. Was a good location for us. We would stay here again.

The river view and access is astounding! We watched deer almost every morning...

A Home with a View

My favorite place was the deck where you can watch the river flow by while watching the rest of the family play on the yard or in the hot tub (my grandchildren's favorite place.)

Nice deck & covered patio with table and chairs
My sisters and I basically live outside we had one day of a few showers so the covered patio was a plus! The hot tub was also very nice .
The river view is lovely.
Nice lawn that goes down to the rivers edge.
Close to many places , restaurants , pubs etc
We look forward to a return visit !!

I recommend going down to Williams for a trail ride and visiting Jacksonville for cute shops and good restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

The pans need an upgrade as the non stick coating is coming off and is dangerous to health. Also, we had a horrible time with ants in the kitchen. It was hard to prepare food which them swarming all over the countertops. Could not determine where they were coming from
