Good welcome at our arrival. First room that we are given, the room is open and upside down. The second room, problem with the access card, but the room is clean. We ask for a microwave because there is none in the room. The delay was one hour. The bed is comfortable, carpet on the floor. A first, to take a shower, you must follow the instructions. These are hidden by the shower curtain...quite incredible.

There was food and fingernails all over the carpet, walls had mold growing on them. Other then the desk staff who were very friendly, we ran into other staff who were not friendly and rude

stayed here for a concert at the casino up the street at the casino. super convenient. tom was working the front desk during my check in and check out, he is very nice and helpful!

My reservation ask for a KingSize bed. The wallpaper was peeling in this particular room and there was no phone to call the front desk. No came to clean the room even after i mentioned it to housekeeping.

Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was good! The breakfast was very expensive for not good food but that’s hotel breakfast I guess. My biggest issue was it is the first week of August and this is when you want to renovate one of your pools?!? That should be in the disclaimer when uoh book the room. Beds were comfortable and the hotel is right off the highway .. can’t beat that!
