Excellent property, great location, and very private.

Very spacious, very clean and very quiet spot. Granville is a lovely college town and the main square was walkable with lots of dining and shopping options. The only negative was the internet was spotty, but it was a minor inconvenience.

Great 2 BR house with easy entry. Perfectly clean and nice kitchen. Screened in porch and large shaded, wooded backyard are wonderful.

The decor is unique and carefully curated. The location is convenient to Denison University and in town restaurants.

Garbage collection trucks backing up in alley next to room windows was an issue, unfortunately - otherwise would have a higher comfort score. All else was excellent.

Very convenient location and cozy. Everything you could need was provided and then some! If I could have added one thing it would be an option for brighter lighting.
