Exceptional service from reception to the restaurant and specious rooms, very clean 🙏🙏🙏friendly people, loved everything especially the food woow was delicious

The place double booked and i had to go find other placed at night and pay again. Still waiting for my refund

Publié le 27 avr. 2021 sur HotelsI would never in my life book the accommodation again. The owner said he declined our hotel. Com booking and said we must go find alternative accommodation as he was fully booked. It was a Saturday and we were stranded, having drove all the way from Johannesburg.
He said we must take it up with hotels. Com
We paid R1400. 00 and we were told to go find accommodation in the afternoon in graskop were everything was fully booked.
The owner ddnt even want to hear anything.
The caretaker by the name of happiness was helpful and another guy who is a second owner who helped us.
I actually want compensation for all this emotional stress

The accommodation was really affordable so one did not expect much.
However the bed sheets had holes and was not very clean.
If one has to go, it will be advisable to take their own bed sheets.
