Worst resort I've been to
Posted Jan. 3, 2020 on HotelsThe expectation was not as it was advertised. Its a self catering but there is no refrigerator in the room. The building is delapidated with a smell. We ended up checking out early.

The place is very dirty . It deserves to be shut down. The place is horrible . We couldn’t stay for the days with paid for .

Posted Dec. 21, 2019 on HotelsThe place qas falsely advertised it is not what i expected, was advertised as a self catering but had o stove or fridge bathrooms were terrible and there were even cockroaches in the kitchen area

The place is expensive for no reason and the rooms are smelling a bad odour.

Hope you are well. Thank you for your comments. Graskop on its own have its own environment of its kind. Rooms are quitly cleaned regularly to avoid such smell this is made by rainy area with the humidity of its kind.
We are working hard to ensure that our rooms smell much better and welcoming for new arrivals.

We arrived and they had no idea about our booking. We couldn't stay there so I had to find somewhere else to stay
