Chambre en pas trop bon état , la literie était horrible. Il faisait très froid et pas d’autres possibilités d’avoir une couverture supplémentaire que de la payer

Thank you for the review on the room i am not so quite sure which room did the client use however we make sure that there is no extras that need to be payable by the client when requesting extra facility. We are never request any fee for the such however we shall ensure that the client get information as to about the extra blankets or sheet.

Worst resort I've been to
Publié le 3 janv. 2020 sur HotelsThe expectation was not as it was advertised. Its a self catering but there is no refrigerator in the room. The building is delapidated with a smell. We ended up checking out early.

Publié le 23 déc. 2019 sur HotelsDi facile localizzazione, è una vasta area recintata con diversi bungalow tondi col tetto in paglia o mini abitazioni. Le ho provate entrambe. Pulizia e condizioni generali nella norma. Le unità più vicine alla strada risentono del passaggio dei veicoli e sono poco tranquille. È presente una piscina con l'acqua torbida, non si vedono i piedi quando sei in piscina. Al mio arrivo mi volevano fare pagare di più perché dicevano che avevo pagato poco .... cosa dire ... rifiutare con fermezza e tutto si sistema ... questa è Africa ! Discreto rapporto qualità prezzo.

It is unfortunate that you find that our swimming pool was not clear as expected due to regular rain that we get in the area. you clean and make sure the pool is clear then rain disturb. Publié le 21 déc. 2019 sur HotelsThe place qas falsely advertised it is not what i expected, was advertised as a self catering but had o stove or fridge bathrooms were terrible and there were even cockroaches in the kitchen area

The place is expensive for no reason and the rooms are smelling a bad odour.

Hope you are well. Thank you for your comments. Graskop on its own have its own environment of its kind. Rooms are quitly cleaned regularly to avoid such smell this is made by rainy area with the humidity of its kind.
We are working hard to ensure that our rooms smell much better and welcoming for new arrivals.
