The staff of this hotel need service training. I asked for linens and was told no because she was the only staff working. The "store" is bare bones. The restaurant was closed except for breakfast. Breakfast promptly ended at 9:30 with the housekeeper shutting and locking the doors. I've never seen anything like that in my life.

I have mixed emotions about this property and stay. Public areas clean and seemed well maintained. Front desk staff and housekeepers I ran into were very polite and friendly, and I appreciated! Bed amazingly comfortable and sheets soft! Room temp good and easy to control. Room well set up. Dog fee reasonable; appreciated.
Now the opportunities for improvement.
- Room fridge barely cool. I turned it up all the way & it didn’t change much. This was an issue because I needed it & influenced my reservation choice.
- While the bathroom “appeared” clean, there was a large hair in the tub near the drain, and one on the toilet. This caused me to get out the Clorox wipes, and not to trust anything else to be clean.
- Some weird smudge on the desk (again Clorox wiped)
- There was a dark blue couch in the suite and there was what appeared to be a great deal of flaky white skin on one end of it, apparently from a prior guest. I know textiles are difficult to keep clean and this was some sort of weave; it couldn’t be wiped down. Housekeeping obviously didn’t notice or didn’t care; and apparently nothing is done to try and clean it between guests. I don’t have the answer to the proper way to do that either, but if it was that obvious to me, why couldn’t housekeeper have at least vacuumed the thing?
- Due to fridge issue, I went in search of ice to get by with. The ice machine on 2nd floor did not work at all. …I’ve exhausted my allowed review limit…I had more…

Everything was great: checkin, cleanliness, parking, a lot of shopping stores and restaurants.

Nice but not sure how clean it was overall.

The breakfast was very good and always fully stocked the staff did a great job and cleaned up frequently!
