Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe lodge was very nice. The owner that lives next door was extremely helpful and friendly. If we needed anything he was there to take care of it. The property was very well kept inside and out. The landscaping outside was very nice and we enjoyed visiting around the firepit. The kids [and adults] enjoyed the big game room. We highly recommend this property!

Spacious and clean!
Publié le 7 août 2023 sur HomeAwayBeautiful property with well appointed home. My family was comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang out or to have some quiet time. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need and the location is 8 minutes from a Starbucks =)

Wonderful space for family gatherings

Some of our favorite times were having fabulous family conversations in the large entertaining area (with super-functional kitchen & bar, banquet table & comfy couches) ... AND relaxing on the lovely covered patio. BTW, the host is absolutely terrific!

Christmas Family weekend

They took it over and loved it! He had just finished a front porch n fire pit area that was nice, although it was pretty chilly out so we didn’t get to enjoy it much. Kitchen table was perfect for our family meals and living room was comfy with all the pillows and blankets you’d need to watch a good movie. We had a few problems and they were addressed. Alonzo is a delight to communicate with and goes out of his way to make things right. We would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation! We will be back!!

Pheasant hunting for the kids

We have rented this property now multiple times and it always meets or exceeds expectations. Communication with the host was great start to finish and if ever needed during the stay. I will be renting again and would suggest it to others looking to stay in the area.
