We arrived late at night and checked in with no problem. Once in our room, we found that the bathtub was dirty and contained hair. The next morning, I tried to use the iron to press my shirt. The iron would not heat up. I went to the front desk to request another iron, but it was never exchanged. We stayed for two nights and our room was not cleaned after the first night- no fresh towels, etc. Would not stay at this location again.
