Exploding Coffee!!
It was okay, until I opened the microwave, there was an old cup of coffee, which exploded in the microwave, who knows how long it was in there, but the smell was overwhelming and I had to clean the microwave before I used it, there was even coffee on the ceiling. There was also a lot of door slamming in the early morning hours. When I checked in, the night clerk was completely put off by having to help me check in, border line rude. Overall I really liked the hotel, and I will stay again.

It was our wedding night and we reserved the deluxe room so that family could stay at our house with our children. Upon arrival I had a receipt for the deluxe room and the front desk manager said that the rooms were not available because they were already occupied. He put us in another room where we found dead crickets on the bed, he also stated the issue was because the wrong reservation was sent to them, but I had a receipt for the reservation showing the correct room. So on my wedding night, they gave our room away and chose to argue with me and still charged me.
