Stay was pretty great other than being told they normally don't allow trailers in their parking lot. It was just a small ATV trailer and I've probably stayed at a hundred hotels for as much traveling as I do for work and have never even heard of that before.

Lucky for us, we have a full oversize parking lot right behind us. Being right off the hi way, brings many weary travelers pulling all size of trailers. Our hotel being where it is, has 1 spot for each room, and with summer tourism, we have been pretty full. Guest prefer not to have to park and walk from next door, so its the same for all. Sorry to disappoint you, glad you found the hotel to your satisfaction. Safe travels

Did not know about this place. We did a last minute booking and was very happily surprised by the quality of the property and the staff. The issue we had was very quickly rectified and the stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast was very good with many options. We'll seek out these hotels again in Utah or Montana and will definitely stay here next time we're in the area.

Great place to stay!
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HotelsOur trip was a short stay just to take our mother to the airport, however the stay was very nice and clean, I wish we had a longer stay because it was super nice and clean we will definitely stay there again.

Was easy to get to. Denny's right next door. Breakfast had a good selection (normal for this chain). Would have liked to see a freezer as part of the in room fridge so I could keep my ice pack frozen. The shower head needed to be replaced/cleaned as it was clogged up with scale.

Sorry to hear we missed changing out your shower head, thanks for letting us know. In the future, just know, we will always put your ice packs in our large freezer, and you can pick them up in the morning. Associates are on premise 24-7. We hope the rest of your summer travels are wonderful.

My wife and I have stayed at Crystal Inn for years. Staff are great, the room is a little dated but still nice. The location is good and close to the highway and the airport. Unfortunately it is across from a giant truck stop so there’s a lot of noise. Also unless you want to try the world’s worst Dennys you are out of luck when it comes to dining.
