Publié le 12 oct. 2017 sur HotelsHôtel situé sur les bords du Missouri, bon confort, déception en ce qui concerne le PDJ inexistant, juste un placard dans le hall avec quelques barres vitaminées, pas de salle dédiée donc à prendre debout ou dans la chambre.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Les personnes à l'acceuil étaient tres gentilles aussi.

We liked the green public space on the Missouri River available to us directly behind the property.
We had a private kitchen to prepare all our meals. They had dishes, utensils, and cookware available.
Desk staff was friendly, easily available, and helpful. I interacted quite a bit with Jenn and Nicole - they both were a great help.
The assistant manager Eric, and the manager (whose name I did not catch) were also welcoming, and let us know they appreciated us as guests.

My wife and I make a yearly trip to Great Falls to visit family. I was born here and love this town. However, over the last few years we've noticed the quality of this hotel go down hill. Little things over the last few years have added up until this most recent stay where we:
-didn't get any fresh towels, and when we asked for some, we were told we had to get dressed, bring our towels down to the front desk, and then they'd supply us some
-didn't get any additional pillows despite us asking for only one additional pillow
-poor service
-the room smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke, despite us staying in a non-smoking room
-the mattress was uncomfortable and left my wife and I with sore backs and hips every morning
-havent had any room service/cleaning for the entire week we stayed.
Also, my wife started having a reaction to something in the room. The only other time she had a reaction like this was when she lived in a house with mold issues.
When we complained about some of these things, they blamed corporate policies, and covid (it's 2024...)
We absolutely won't be staying here again. We were hoping it'd get better due to its location. But it seems that won't be the case.

The only complaint is that the room smelled a like musty .

Jenn at the front desk was wonderful. She addressed my concerns, always greeted me with a smile, and offered helpful suggestions.
Eric was professional, remained calm under pressure (there was a water leak in another room; he kept the hotel informed and it was fixed quickly).
A big plus to us was the green space in the back of the hotel that went down to the Missouri River. Picnic tables, benches, playground, great to walk your dog, and you could even get in the river.
