No housekeeping unless staying more than 7 days. You could request towels etc at front desk. The hallways were constantly full of dirty towels. AC did not work and it was 97 degrees out. Front desk couldn’t help me, move me to another room, referral to another property or refund. After waiting for a manager, the person behind me had booked a block of rooms 8 months prior. Upon check in, they were all spread out. When manager arrived to assist me, she simply signed on the computer and moved to to another room with its own AC unit, not a shared unit.

My AC did not work. It was 97 degrees outside and 76 in my room. I waited hours and it just got warmer in my room. I asked front desk attendant and he said that there was no maintenance available, main AC unit was for a large number of units and the unit could not keep up. I asked for another room, a refund, a referral to another property, nothing, there was nothing he could do. I asked for a manager. I had to wait as she was on her smoke break. When she came in, she clearly smelled of cigarette smoke. However, she simply signed on the computer and moved me to a room in another part of building which had its own AC unit in the room. I didn’t even ask why I had to go through the inconvenience of the other person, especially since there were 2 other people waiting to his service or lack of.

They do have a beautiful pool area. The breakfast was adequate. My major gripe is our room smelled of stale cigarettes we were told they have no other rooms available except for one on the second floor very far from the elevator. I am handicapped that walk was to far for me. They said it was because people smoke near the airconditioner. They need to take some time and clean the carpet clean the drapes and maybe that smell would go away. I did not see anyone outside my room smoking. It was disqusting but i didn't want to lose my $150 per night prepaid for the room. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.
