Disappointing

I was disappointed. Called the front desk before reserving to check on the poor, I was told it was all functioning, they didn't bother to tell me that the slide was only open on the weekends. So I booked the room and then found out on arrival about the slide. My kids were so disappointed, the slide was the only reason we booked at this hotel. The showed in our room had someone else's hair stuck to the wall, guess no one bothered to clean our shower. Also the sink in our bathroom hardly drained.

Hot tub was roped off and the water slide supervisor shut the slide down 10 minutes early so he could get to his other job.
