We don't have a pool, hot tub, or conference center, and we steer clear of trendy frills. This is by design and enables us to keep room rates down and offer you an outstanding value for your dollar. This property is a gem! When usually a hotel room is needed only to have a place to sleep… this is definitely that place. Very nice clean rooms (and hallways) and friendly staff. Will definitely share this place with others traveling to Great Falls!!!

Clean & comfortable room with a great shower. For anyone on an extended road trip, they have a common coin laundry, too. Morning breakfast better than Fairfield & Springhill.

With the AC unit, it was cool when the fan was running and warm when it quit. There needs to be a feature with fan running full time

Hello Bob, Thank you for staying with us. About the AC unit, Amana no longer makes them with a "fan only" setting. Like you, I would prefer it. But unlike some hotels, The Great Falls Inn by Riversage has operable windows so you can have fresh air all night. We hope you enjoyed the remainder of your stay.

Thought the front desk people both at check-in and check-out were bore and lacked enthusiasm.

We are always very happy to see each and every guest, but our staff has had to work 10-hour shifts with the epidemic shortage in labor.
