Everything was good , however one of the staff in front desk seemed to be very annoyed when asked any questions , I believe his name was Wazir. I wasn’t trying to interrupt his night anyways…. Other than that this place awesome.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and this stay I was disappointed in the quality of the room. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable and over used. The heater did not produce heat and it was noisy. I was never able to get the room above 72 degrees. Needless to say it was always cold in the room when the temperature outside averaged 14 degrees each day. Where did HGTV go? I couldn't find it as an option on the TV.

The room did not have air conditioning just heat. The room was 79 degrees and we were told at the front desk that the air is shut off and all the rooms only have heat. We were unable to control the heat so it was much too hot.

I arrived when it was dark, and left early the next morning. The hotel was clean in the middle of town, close to UBS. The staff was nice, food was good.

Nice area. Big room. Clean. Had to request moving to a different room because it was too hot. Front desk was very helpful and gave us a new room with a balcony so we could open the door so the temperature was more comfortable

Our go-to hotel when going to UBS Arena
This is a great option when you have an event at UNS Arena. Valet and front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and spacious, and the bad was sooo comfortable. Within walking distance of the train station and different shops and restaurants. Morning breakfast was excellent with different choices.

I came with my family of 5 from Orlando, FL for Christmas. Everything was perfect from the moment I walked in. We had breakfast every single morning. Plan to book again for our next Christmas Vacation. The room and hotels were clean. I loved the Christmas set up. Ugh! I hate to leave but it was well worth it.
