We were very happy to have found this place and would really recommend it. Although we arrived a little late the owners welcomed us warmly and made us coffee. The room was comfortable and had a large bed. The bathroom was well equipped. We ordered breakfast £8.00 pp. There was a very good selection of food which was well cooked. Great Yarmouth was within easy reach

Loved the tranquility of the place. The garden is so beautifully maintained with an array of gorgeous, colourful flowers. The sound and look of the fountain is also so relaxing.
The owners are very welcoming and lovely….and I very much miss Buddy the dog who was just a delight to have around!
The beds were very comfortable and as I suffer from a bad back, this is very important to me.
If I was ever to find myself in that area again I would stay here without hesitation.
