Parking and electric charging was a bonus. Just 2 mins walk to the beach. Breakfast was very good quality and plenty of options.

What a gem of a hotel
Publié le 23 mai 2024 sur HotelsAbsolutely fantastic stay. I arrived quite late and when I walked through the door I was greeted by name and they had my check in documents all ready for me. The kitchen was still open so I had a lovely meal. The fish and chips were phenomenal; beautifully light batter, nice soft fish. I had my dinner on the terrace looking at the sea and it was delightful. Every member of staff, both in the restaurant and reception, were friendly, helpful and efficient. I loved the vintage lift to get to the third floor; I’ve never heard one of those before so it was fun. The room was clean, if a little dated, the bed was comfy and it was exceptionally quiet. The partial sea view was a bonus. I had an excellent night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious and again I sat on the terrace and looked at the sea. I had a lovely walk along the beach after and it was so peaceful.
I travelled here for a stressful work commitment, but this hotel and its staff put me in the most fantastic mood. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone and everyone I know who may go to Great Yarmouth. Highly recommend. Just delightful.

Comfortable and friendly stay.
Publié le 8 mai 2024 sur HotelsWe had a very comfortable stay. The bed was very restful and the water pressure for the shower was perfect. The rooms have a traditional vibe but having stayed in rooms with fancy marble bathrooms which leaked all over the place, or alternately froze or scalded you, this bathroom was a dream.
The staff are friendly and very helpful.
The food is generous and tasty.
Would definitely stay again.

What a surprise this Hotel is, fantastic service and staff.
However the star of the show is the Food. This hotel has clearly got a team of Chefs who know what their doing, and can clearly cook.
Outstanding visit, we will be back.

Have to say from start to finish the staff were amazing through out, Breakfast was wonderful choice and well cooked with a wonderful view over looking the sea front. Room was spacious parking was great also electrical charging point would definitely return. Me and the kids with the dog.
