When I booked this hotel I initially had to make two separate bookings due to a personal error of forgetting a day on my trip. When I arrived I found the room to be in worse shape than I expected, although for such a cheap price I was not expecting much. The bedding had hair on it from a previous guest, the shower head wall attachment was broken and the water pressure was almost nonexistent, making for showers that would take 30 minutes just to clean your body, the wardrobe was lopsided, the bathroom door off its hinges, the pillow was as thin as a folded shirt, and they give you one towel to dry your body, hands and to use as a shower mat. I told them about the shower not giving off pressure and they said they would look at it when I was in next but that never happened, leaving me to have to attempt to shower in the sink. For the pillow; I folded up a jacket to sleep on. I also received a total of 6 phone calls from them over the course of 3 days. First asking when I’d arrive to check in, then asking how the room was and finally asking how my stay was. Due to booking two bookings, they did this two times. I ended up blocking the number as I was receiving a call every 8 hours. The check in process should have been simple but when I arrived both the keys in the two lockboxes were gone. A guest took them with them, leaving me to have to call and wait for someone to let me in. The next day I was locked out again because the code was changed and I wasn’t informed.
