Worst stay in a hotel for a long time.
Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThis hotel is not a four-star hotel, rooms are quite tired and in need of a very good clean as I found many black long hairs on the floor and even in the in room dinning menu. (I have short brown hair). The room needs a very good vacuum and attention to detail looked at.
The first night that I came to the hotel after a long day at work, I was told that the restaurant was fully booked to a group of outside guests. How is it possible that paying guests staying here are completely forgotten about! Due to this, room service then took a very long time to come!
The toiletries are below standard and you cannot get the shampoo out of the small plastic bottle.
No mini bar as it says in the advert and hotel website, the fridge was actually leaking water onto the floor and empty.
The glare from lights outside lit up the room as the curtains did not close fully.
The rooms are not sound proofed and so when other guests use the corridor like an extension of their rooms then you will not be able to sleep! (two nights in a row)
As this hotel doesn't serve alcohol, it does however have a bar but when I asked about having a mocktail, they said they do not serve it there, but in the restaurant, at least make it pleasant to have a drink and relax at a bar area.
The music in the corridor from the hotel speakers is so loud that the tv had be turned up to not hear it.
