Lodge familial de qualité ou nous avons 3 jours super agréable en contact direct avec des animaux ( impayé, singes , autruches et girafes ) se baigner dans une des piscines avec des autruches qui se baladent et viennent boire juste à côté de vous c est simplement hallucinant , dépaysement total ! Seul bémol service de restauration un peu lent mais ça c est propre à l Afrique du sud !

Merci pour l'examen. Tellement heureux que vous avez apprécié votre séjour et fait des amis avec les Autruches. J'espère que vous avez réussi à voir les girafes sur la randonnée car ils ne se promener que près des unités la nuit. Ils sont un peu timides mais aiment poser pour une photo pendant les randonnées tôt le matin. J'espère vous revoir.

There was no toilet paper in the room. i had to ask at reception for that. there was no tea and coffee either. lots of work needs to go into the wifi reliability as well particularly if you seek to attract business trips. no iron and ironing board in the room either.

Old smelly room

Rooms are old and were smelly. Airco didn’t work. Restaurant had limited offer (not what they mention on their site). Only the massage at the Spa was good.

Overall the stay was good but would like to point out the following: - Improvement may be needed on their restaurant menu as it may not cater for all tastes. Maybe include such as pizza,pasta and baskets. - More staff may be required from a restaurant staff perspective as we waited very long for our food and was not well prepared on the same. - There is no duvets on the beds only linen and blankets. -Single beds may need to be adapted to double beds where couples visit. - Visitors should be treated equally regardless of whether they are shareholders or not. -Parking not specifically designated to which unit it belongs. -Over and above this staff was friendly and helpful in all their dealings. It is a very nice resort but the abovementioned will make a big difference to me personally.

Dear Angeleque. Thank you for your review. We do appreciate feedback as we endeavor to continually improve. I can gladly confirm that we have identified the issues that you have raised and are busy with the implementation thereof. We have a new menu that will be introduced once the staff training are completed. Training requirements was identified and the staff do receive training. We do have Hotel and Self catering units but they basically function in the same manner. i will however make a note thereof to look into the options that my staff offer as I am not aware of any differentiation. We proud ourselves in delivering an experience and excellent customer service. Looking forward in having you back with us to taste our new menu!
