It is an ideal hideaway to unwind while discovering Crete; an island where nature, history, and heart-warming hospitality meet.

Complete range of baby amenities, including wooden baby cots with organic cotton linens, high chairs, a baby bath, changing mat, baby monitor, bottle sterilizer and warmer, child-safe tableware, a small play mat with toys.
Villa offers an added layer of safety with a removable wooden fence that can be securely placed around the pool area. This precaution is designed to help prevent accidental access to the water.


FIRST LEVEL
Lady Sea’s First Level features 3 spacious bedrooms, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room, a wine cellar, a sauna, a steam room, and a gym with a treadmill and weights; it also features a WC with shower, 2 separate showers, and a laundry room.

There is table tennis in the outdoor shaded playing area, accompanied by a dining table and a spacious seating area. From the First Level, guests can walk down to the seafront through a private path starting at the small garden patio.

A unique feature of Lady Sea is the magnificent “Pergola”, an outdoor stone-built sitting area, invitingly close to the sea. The Pergola is Lady Sea’s epitome of seclusion and relaxation!

SECOND LEVEL
The main entrance at the Second Level of Lady Sea introduces the spacious and elegant living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and WC, all boasting an eclectic minimal design decorated in subtle white, gray, and greige tones that inspire guests to settle back and feel at home.

The large frame windows create a visual flow between Lady Sea and the sea views, unifying the interior and exterior spaces.

THIRD LEVEL
The Third Level of Lady Sea features a master ensuite bedroom with impeccable sea views and a walk-in closet and a private veranda. On the same level, there is a corner bedroom office and a third bedroom, both with private balconies.

There is a small sitting area next to the elevator with a to-die view of the Cretan sea.

LOCATION
The Villa is located in Palaiokastro - Heraklion, in centre of the island and only 15 min away from the airport. It is a great starting point to explore Chania (2 h 20 min) and less than an hour away from Rethymno or Elounda. Palaiokastro offers easy access to the iconic scenery of southern Crete.

The coastal Palaiokastro boasts its own historic landmarks, like the Palaiokastro fortress, one of the most important medieval monuments of the island, the Venetian lime kiln monument which is completely restored and one of the numerous attraction of the area, the Church of Panagia Spiliotissa; built in a cave inside the canyon of Palaiokastro. It is invitingly close to some of the most beautiful beaches of Crete.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
By Car from the airport:
Take the National Road (green signs, directions to Heraklion / Rethymnon. Stay on the National Road, and you go always straight, passing the city of Heraklion on your right. Pass also Palaiokastron and its bridge, and 2 1/2 km after, on your right, you will see a sign "Villa Octo". This is exactly where you need to exit the National Road. The road is rural at the beginning (dirt) and after 200 meters is made of cement. Pass Villa Octo on your right, and follow the downhill road for 500 meters, which leads to the house (it is the last house). The entrance of the house is through a small private alley.
