Un hotel digne de ses etoiles. Il est absolument fantastique et son personnel incroyablement gentil et serviable. Mentions speciales pour julien notre petit groom français et alexandra nôtre réceptionniste adorable

Très bel hôtel. Mais de graves problèmes de facturation. Nous avions loué 25 chambres pour le mariage de ma fille et TOUS mes invités ont reçu des factures avec des sur facturations. Extras comptes deux fois, taxes payés à Expédia ou booking refacturees par l’hôtel. Le directeur de l’hôtel a refusé d’intervenir. Prévoyez de perdre au moins 30 minutes pour pouvoir régler votre facture. C’est juste inadmissible. Avec 25 chambres réservées aucun geste commercial 😡😡😡

Bel établissement avec un beau potentiel mais pas au niveau d'un 5 étoiles : Manque de choix en restauration : buffet du soir fermé et un service beaucoup trop long pour le seul restaurant sans carte ; Menu obligatoire 3 plats et 3 heures de service ... Prix des consommations au bar trop élévé. Mini bar de chambre non garni et réfrigérateur de mauvaise qualité Pas de service vidéo en francais... Enfin, compte tenu du faible taux d'occupation de l'hotel, un surclassement en chambre vue mer aurait été un geste commercial sympa compte tenu de la durée du séjour ( 7 nuits )mais non proposé... En conclusion , bon séjour dans cet établissement qui mise beaucoup sur son emplacement et notamment sa piscine magnifique mais des ajustements à prévoir surtout en hors saison ....

This is not the type of review that we like to see, and I assure you that we will take your feedback extremely seriously as we continuously strive to improve our product and services. Regarding the choices at the evening buffet we would like to inform you that we do have a lot of choices, although we are have already addressed this issue with our F&B Director and we reviewing our menu. Regarding the pricing we would like to note that our prices are competitive to other 5 star hotels in Greece in our food & beverage outlets. Furthermore, we do have a lot of options for our guests to choose and we are sorry to read that you have found our prices high. As per the Mini bar kindly be informed that our Mini Bars are filled upon request and the guests should contact Reception. This information is written and the welcome letter and our FO team inform the guest about the procedure at the check-in. Last but not least, we have to our plans information in French language and we do believe that you’ll get a nice experience next year! Overall, it’s nice to read that you have enjoyed our pool and the magnificent view. We stayed in the corner suite, which was beautiful. The room was well-appointed, the view was tremendous and the quality of the bed/bathroom was exceptionally high. The hotel fell down a little in terms of proximity to other attractions and amenities. You are a little secluded on the hillside, which may be a bonus to some, but if you do not have a car and do not want to fork out for a taxi, then walking up and down a steep hill becomes your only option. Food and facilities were excellent. Price is high for on-site restaurants but that was to be expected at a 5* resort. Breakfast is broad and of a good quality - always plenty of space to be seated. The staff did seem tired on occasion, which is quite understandable after a long season.

We loved Angsana and would stay again. We expected a little more from location and not so busy including the insta-fame people. The service was exceptional some of the time for example hiring a luxury car and organising a transfer was so simple, quick and easy. The spa was lovely and we were made to feel very special. The end of the season meant everyone was tired, fatigued and ready for a break- we felt this despite their tremendous efforts to smile and be friendly. The room service twice a day was a special touch.

Absolute luxury with great service

We stayed in a two bedroom villa with a pool. Amazing location, good restaurants. Had lots of fun in our proprietary chat with Nina, Peggy and Chris. Great customer service! Would definitely recommend! Will come back again with the family. Was also very impressed with the kids club, sandbox and kids sun loungers. This hotel works for friend and family vacations!
