hôtel zen très propre employés très courtois - hotel excentre il y a une navette pour la ville 20 mn seulement à 10 h du matin ou à 20 h que l’aller et le retour en taxi coûte entre 45 et 50 euros Le restaurant est très cher serviettes en papier le soir ….et pas de changement de garniture (refus) ainsi que les boissons et snack à la piscine très chers Le pire c’est de faire payer le café dans la chambre je n’ai jamais vu cela dans plusieurs voyages à travers Le monde et nous avons droit à une bouteille d’eau par séjour sinon les bouteilles sont à 5 euros Autre chose aberrante le jacuzzi est payant !!! Dommage pour un 5 étoiles mais je ne conseillerai pas cet hôtel à mes amis Beaucoup de marches à monter pour personnes non averties c’est difficile

Thank you as well on your positive comments about our staff and the cleanliness of our facilities. We are glad to know you enjoyed our hospitality, as we strive to offer high quality accommodation service to all our guests and your feedback is our greatest motivation. However, we must address our concern regarding your review of our restaurant which leaves us feeling a sense of "injustice." Our hotel's award-winning executive chef and his team made all the requested alterations to the side dishes on your plates during both meals you had in our restaurant. Additionally, we extended a significant discount on the salmon due to your preference for no side dish.Additionally, in regards to your comment about the pricing of our restaurant and pool facilities, please note that all raw materials and ingredients are carefully selected by us from local producers and are of the best quality. In order to maintain such a level of quality and services we have to cover a certain cost. Nevertheless, we believe that the prices at the restaurant are fairly priced compared to other hotels and restaurants on the island.Regarding the water in the room, we would like to inform you that the hotel provides a complimentary large bottle of mineral water upon check-in for the convenience and refreshment of our guests. Apart from the minibar, big bottles of water are offered at the restaurant and at the pool bar. Moreover, we would like to mention that our front office team informed you that the jacuzzi in our wellness studio is reserved exclusively for spa treatments as part of our wellness therapies and is not available for general use by our hotel guests. This is also clearly indicated on the Spa Menu.We sincerely appreciate all feedback, both positive and negative, and all guest comments are very valuable to our continued progress. We hope that we can convince you to alter your perspective, with another visit to our property. Hôtel propre et calme. Chambre avec belle vue sur la mer. Personnel agréable professionnel et disponible. Concernant les équipements Je pense que c’est plus un 3-4 étoile plutôt que 5 étoiles.
