Dear Εphrem, Thank you for your review and the time you took to comment on our Resort's facilities and services. It is common knowledge that we pay extra attention to the constructive and well meant comments from our guests as we always strive to improve our services and facilities. Ηowever, we were surprised to see that you rated us with 1 out of 5 without even explaining the reasons for this... Furthermore, during your stay I send personally two messages to you in an atttempt to reach out and inquire if you need something and you did not reply to any of them thus meaning you were satisfied with your stay. I suppose you would agree that it would have been much more practical if you had informed us about what is troubling you whilst you were still here so as to take action and amend things on site in order to improve your holiday experience rather than just reply to your post stay review... We had a lovely family holiday at Atlantica Eleon. The staff are wonderful, can't do enough to assist - everyone from reception, the dining area, the management team, entertainment team. The food options were plentiful and high quality - some really delicious options. I'd highly recommend staying here if travelling to Zakynthos.

We had a great stay here in mid May, the food was excellent and staff very attentive. The only downsides were,
1- that the rooms bathroom was a little dated with some unusual design choices - basically the shower was at the sloping end of the bath, with a short shower screen which meant the bathroom floor would soon be flooded, which had been happening for a while as was evident by the swelling of the bathroom door.
2 - The “Superior” garden room we had did’nt really feel superior and the 2nd bed for our teenage daughter was a single sofa bed with a wafer thin mattress. We did speak to the staff about this and additional bedding was provided but it was’nt particularly comfortable.
3 - The alcoholic drinks in the all inclusive package whilst plentiful seemed very weak and inconsistent bar to bar
4 - The beach, whilst very picturesque is a thin strip of sand, very small and rocky.
Overall it was a nice relaxing stay, but in our experience, attention to detail is what makes a 5 star hotel and unfortunately it fell a little short of our expectations, but definitely a good 4 star experience.

Dear Dan, We could not be happier to see that you had a great stay at Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort.To start with, we totally agree with you that our team members are the jewel in the crown for our hotel as everyone - from reception, room cleaning, bar and restaurant team members - are indeed so friendly and attentive.Likewise, we are so happy that you were utterly pleased with our Chef's home-cooked huge selection of food offered at Eleon Main Restaurant buffet, showcasing some dishes full of flavor and aromas deriving from the healthy Mediterranean cooking tradition. Furthermore, our kitchen team in an attempt to highlight different cuisines has emphatically established daily thematic dinners such as Asian, Mediterranean, Surf n Turf, Street food, Greek, Italian, Ethnic and so on.It seems though that we fell short of some of your holiday standards so please rest assured that all your points raised will be taken under serious consideration from our management team as we always try to improve our services.To sum up, we would like to thank you so much for choosing Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort for your holidays this season.
