Après une réservation réalisée depuis plusieurs mois pour un "tarif exceptionnel" dixit hotel.com (néanmoins non remboursable et non échangeable), il est néanmoins exaspérant de constater que hotel.com propose ensuite sur la même période des tarifs moins de moitié moins cher ...

La struttura è tenuta abbastanza bene tuttavia la direzione è pessima. Siamo arrivati alle 11 di sera dopo ritardi aerei e attese in aeroporto molto stanchi e abbiamo scoperto, una volta giunti in hotel, che ci era stata assegnata una stanza brutta, situata all’interno con una piccola finestra; niente zanzariere ma molte zanzare. Avevamo prenotato una deluxe vista mare. Abbiamo fatto presente la cosa alla reception, ci hanno risposto che dovevamo aspettare il giorno dopo e che comunque l’hotel era “ full booked”. Ci hanno offerto una cena fredda con insalata greca da horror e fagiolini stracotti. Spiedini di pollo che giacevano nella stanza da ore. Non abbiamo mangiato nulla. Il giorno dopo ci hanno cambiato stanza alle 11 passate. Abbiamo chiesto di essere rimborsati ma hanno risposto che la stanza che ci avevano dato differiva solo di 20 30 euro da quella prenotata ed è per questo che ci avevano offerto la cena “per compensare”. Era così chiaro che avevano fatto un overbooking e si erano venduti la stanza due volte. Ipocriti e anche poco lungimiranti. Ma l’hotel Atrium si nutre della bugia. Sul sito fa apparire l’hotel sul mare ma bisogna scarpinare a piedi per arrivare alla spiaggia e il ritorno è tutto in salita! Losquallida la stanza con piscina accanto alla nostra. Pretendono di fare lusso ma molto grossier. Sono felice di aver soggiornato lì solo per due giorni. Sarebbe stato un incubo passarci tutta la vacanza

Dear Mr./Mrs. Sorentino,We are sorry to read your review of your stay and we need to reply to your comments. Regarding your room, we apologized for not taking the one you booked for your first night as we had a problem with this room. The room you were allocated for the first night was a beautiful room (a promo room), a bit smaller but with a great large veranda that even has two deckchairs a table with two chairs and an umbrella to enjoy. As soon as you arrived (late at night) and told us about your dissatisfaction, we informed you that you will change room tomorrow in the morning, which indeed you did. In regard to the night dishes, we had a long correspondence through expedia and we explicitly told you that our restaurant closes at 22:00. Nevertheless, we held its operation open until 22:30 for you, but you were very delayed and finally arrived around midnight 24:00. Therefore, we offered you by email as well an alternative to prepare some cold plates and salads, which we did. So the fact that it was cold it was meant to be so, as our kitchen was closed and you were aware of it. As a matter of acknowledging the misallocation of the one room, we offered you all dishes for five people on behalf of the hotel, but as you said to the restaurant manager the next day, you came so late that you ate at the airport.As for the location of the hotel, we never presented us on the beach, rather above and on the hill with beautiful views. At last, when you were checking out, we explained you that the room you actually stayed in for one night was a promo room instead of the deluxe with a price difference of around 20euros only. Offering you the first night dinner for your whole family was an acknowledgement of the inconvenience you were caused, while you did not express us your dissatisfaction of the dinner at this point. We only read this through your review, since you told our FB manager that you ate at the airport and therefore did not have any dishes. We are very sorry you feel like this and we don’t believe that it justifies all the blame you put on us for one night that can happen in every hotel during peak season. Next morning, we served you at the front desk in the best way, trying to help you in anything you needed, like renting boat or car or and we believed you were satisfied with our service. A technical problem within a hotel on an island is possible and we apologized for this.We hope you are all well.Kind Regards,The Atrium Hotel
